The UControls.GlassButton control is painted completely with GDI, it uses no images or bitmaps to create the glass effect, so you can dynamically change the glass color at design or runtime. Besides you can select multiples colors for different button states. If you wish so, the buttons color may change when the mouse is over it (Hover State), and then change again when its pressed (Click State). Use a background image to create your own design glass looking effect button like this one. Other features include a TextEmboss effect and ColorContrast.

Pros: I'd been waiting for years for someone to come up with a Mac-looking button for windows. Looks great!
