  - Forgets registration info at every start, so you have to re-register each time you use it. - Does not copy over subtitles as advertised. - Does not allow you to change output file format once you've added files. - Outdated tutorial does not reflect current iTunes menu configurations.

  Summary

  This is a program that works well, but only on a very basic level. If you want subtitles or closed captioning, despite advertising that it copies these, you are out of luck. FAQ's on the site only cover the basics. The GUI is clunky and options are very limited. Help file just takes you to the basic installation instructions. Software forgets your registration so when you start converting it warns you that because it's only a trial version it will only convert 1 minute of each file. You will have to re-enter your info, then reload your videos and restart the conversion. If you want software that does a basic DRM strip to a variety of output formats this will get the job done - barely, and with difficulty. If you expect to get the features you paid for keep looking.

  Quick install and easy interface and upfront instructions. Files readilyconverted to MP3 (haven't tried other formats yet).

  All of the songs I converted to MP3 were cut off at 2:59, regardless of how long they were in their original format.

  Summary

  It may be a "settings" issue, I haven't really gotten too much further into it as of yet. I gave it 3 stars based on ease of install and use, but the limited length could be a serious issue.

  When trying to burn the first song in the play list it puts up the message Unknown error (4900) from itunes when used the way the flash video shows. Don't bother downloading it for version 8.0.2.20 of itunes.

• Trashed my system - don't download this!

  The product worked OK, but since installing it, my 6-month-old ThinkPad with XP has daily experienced delayed write failures and blue screens. I've uninstalled the product, by my system is still trashed. I'm sorry I ever downloaded this thing, and certainly sorry I paid $35 for it.
