CNET Editors' review
The beta demo of TrackMania only earned a 4 rating on Download.com due to stability problems, but this Power Up demo makes up lost ground. TrackMania provides a truly addictive online and offline arcade-racing experience. The ease of creating tracks, joining Internet games, or challenging a buddy makes it unique. The generous amount of free content is icing on the cake. The game consists of Solo, Multiplayer, and Network racing, plus a separate track editor. The Solo portion of the gameplay consists of Puzzles and Races. In Puzzles, you create a course (including mandatory checkpoints), then drive it under a certain time to earn medals. Those medals translate into "coppers," which earn you more parts for creating new tracks. In Races, you drive a premade track as fast as possible. Multiplayer mode lets multiple gamers compete on the same machine, and Network mode allows for LAN or Internet play. Finding and joining games is wonderfully simple, but the number of games available varies significantly depending on the time of day. This Power Up demo includes all the new construction blocks from the Power Up expansion pack, along with snow and off-road races for the first time in a demo.

"This Game Is Alright"
Version: TrackMania Power Up demo
Summary
I like the game, challaging, I dont like the fact I cant join alot of severs but that can be my internet too soo... I like it alot, has crazy jumps, awsome speeds, and you get to create your own tracks, alittle hard at first to figure out but you'll get use to it, only downfall is those dam severs lol, hard to connect to them sometimes. When you can alot of tracks people made you can download alot of them not all but alot then you can race them yourself offline, I would get this game for sure, you'll like, trust me, If I like it, you will too

"A really fun demo,"
Version: TrackMania Power Up demo
Summary
Give this demo about 15 minutes to really get to understand it. Especially fun is the puzzle mode, once you get past the first few stages. I don't know what everybody is talking about, this game being slow on their computer or not working, it runs great on my laptop (512RAM, Intel 4-M Chip, 64Meg video card)
