"I cannot stop playing this game!!"
Version: TrackMania Nations Forever
Pros
Unlike alot of freebies that limit play time or levels, this game has dozens of tracks. Some are so difficult they cant be finished. Sound and grafics are awesome, and my PC does not even have a sound card or video card - just basic 3D integrated.
Cons
Cant race against several cars, just one plus your ghost from the best lap. You dont take damage and you pass thru the other car like its not there. You dont get to earn upgrades for engine, suspension. Some tracks are insanely difficult. Impossible.
Summary
I have a basic PC and this game plays excellent without lag or frame skips. Its a full blown game, not 1-2 levels or a 5 minute playing time. Graphics are sharp and realistic, sound is so good I crank it LOUD! I havent been able to stop playing this since I downloaded it. You can build tracks even if youve never done it, pick a car and paint it any way you wish, add text and graphix to it. Now if you could only race it [if you can i havent figgered out how].
Its among the top 3 games Ive ever played so try it. You only need 3 fingers on one hand to play it. -

The tracks available were great. very easy control config. loved the stunts. overall a really fun game.
Cons
I really don"t have anything bad to say about it. I have not tried some of the features like track building and online play but so far no complaints at all.
Summary
Spectacular if you are like me and enjoy defying the laws of gravity you will love this user friendly stunt ride. I have not even had a chance to build my own tacks and I am already in love. from my first game I caught myself saying WOW and giggling with anticipation of my next run.

It is the fun you'd expect from Trackmania Nations, but looks a lot nicer. Has dirt tracks and has effects like reflections and custom horns.
Cons
I didn't figure out how to run it the first time without connecting to the internet. Ran fine after I registered online.
Summary
I used to play Trackmania Nations with friends all the time, when I heard of this version I was so excited! After about a week of tryin to download I finally got an uncorrupt version and it worked smooth. After a little bit of tweaking I got ot to run at 50 fps and looked much better than Trackmania Nations!

Pros
Still good old TM Nations but they added features like dirt and water. It looks so much better and runs faster than the old TM Nations too! It didn't take any extra work to get it to run either.
Cons
It was a pain to get it to run when I wasn't connected to the internet. I the server that it is on is slow (downloaded only 12 KB/s). I finally had to get Free Download Manager to get it to download completely without dropping the connection.
Summary
If you liked the old one, you will love this one, it's just the same with great improvements.

Great racing game, graphics can be good. Good multiplayer. And the car customizer can make some pretty slick cars. *Hint, black with light green, hint*
Cons
This is not lowering my rating as I am sure it is mostly me but this game didn't hold my interest for long. Many games I play unless their not like OMG This is the best game I ever played, I end up not playing them after the first couple of times.
