"Great program, lots of features and fantastic support"

    June 19, 2004

    Version: TouchTone Audio System 2.0.2.9

    Summary

I'm using Touchtone for one year, and it's the best jukebox software I've seen. Before I used this, I've tried other software, but they didn't do what I expected. I'm using an add-on touchscreen and it's very user-friendly. There are a lot of great features (multiple playlists, queue, party play) and the support is great. If you have a requested feature, go to the forum and ask for it. So stop searching for jukebox software, and download the trail version.

    Regards,

A very satisfied user of Touchtone

    "very nice player"

    June 14, 2004

    Version: TouchTone Audio System 2.0.2.9

    Summary

I found this while looking for a player to use for a homemade jukebox. The "large" and easy to use interface make it ideal for party situations where many people will be looking for songs and adding to the playlist. The developer is always at his forums and very dedicated to making this great player even better.

    "A feature rich music dukebox"

    June 02, 2004

    Version: TouchTone Audio System 2.0.2.9

    Summary

This program is relatively new in its lifecycle but already it is rich with features that users have requested since its first release. The designer tries to incorporate ideas and suggestions that its users come up with.

It has also been designed so that a touch screen can be used. I use a add-on touchscreen that is attached to the front of a regular 17" monitor and it works really well.

Friends that visit are immediately drawn to the Touchtone dukebox that is located in my lounge room and are facinated by it ease of use.

One of my all time favorite programs!

    "Quite simply... brilliant stuff"

    May 20, 2004

    Version: TouchTone Audio System 2.0.2.9

    Summary

Rather than try to be all things, TouchTone does what it says on the tin... beautifully.

Rip and Tag your music in with other software, final playout uses WinAmp, and TouchTone does the rest.

Display your music files in a Tree structure alphabetically (by every artist or album artists only - you choose), it even identifies Compilation albums.

A couple of minutes getting familiar with the layout and it's very easy, and the fact the screen has purposely been laid out to work with a Touch screen (hence the name) makes for a really funky system. Of course mouse and keyboard works just as well.

The levels of playback offered (Random play, filtered, "Cartridges" or Specific Playlist) means you can have as much (or as little!) control over the music playout as you want, but AT ANY TIME can add tracks to the queue of music.

Finally, Riptide has a forum for users which is friendly, efficient and VERY proactive.

It is very, VERY good stuff.
