From MicroProse :In the Top Gun: Hornet's Nest demo, you play the part of Maverick, a veteran fighter pilot whose insubordination is matched only by his skill. You have been recruited into a United States multiservice quick-reaction force code named "Hornet's Nest". Your purpose is to provide air power in your F/A-18 multirole fighter in support of mission objectives. Both of the missions in the demo take place within the Siberian theater of operations.

Pros: will have to check out the full version,I have top gun_fire at will and
and haven't been able to fly all the missions successfully...
I enjoy the challenge,can't just fly by wire....this seems to have some
of the same qualitys........

Pros: It certainly is a standout if we are in the midst 90's, but certainly it is a turn off for modern flight sims fanatics.
Cons: Poor graphics. Fair story. Hard to understand at first.
Hey gusy!! I am wondering why you are still keeping people from having the full version of "vintage game" like this when it is no longer popular in this MMOG-generation gaming.

Version: Top Gun: Hornet's Nest demo
Summary: This is one of the best flying games I have ever played. Lots of neat features and effects. I have a slow Pentium 233MHZ computer with a poor graphics card that doesn't support Direct 3D and the game worked so good.

Pros: Fair graphics.
Cons: The weapon's storage on the hardpoints, the number of weapons, the radar, the weapon firing system, user interference with the ballistic computer(of the airplane in the game) etc. are all unrealistic.

"Very high paced game, good for any action seekers"
Summary: the controls take some getting-used to but the game is lots of fun and anyone who like flight simulators please try this game
