CNET Editors' review
Eufony is a multifeatured media player that allows users to play, record, and convert audio files. It's not the most attractive program we've ever seen, but it works well enough and offers features that aren't always found together.
The program's interface is plain and utilitarian, with a tree-style directory that allows users to easily access audio files stored anywhere on their computers. It's fairly easy to figure out, although not all of its features are as intuitive as they should be. We had to consult the online Help file to figure out how to add tracks to the CD burner, for example (answer: right-click on the tracks when they're in the file browser and select "Add to CD Burner"). The program also seems unable to record audio from a built-in microphone, and the Help file offers instructions only for converting audio cassettes to MP3s using an external device. The program did successfully rip tracks from CDs and convert between a variety of audio formats. Overall the program worked fine, and we found it easy to use once we got familiar with its features. We liked that the program combines an audio player with a burner, ripper, converter, and recorder; we've seen many programs that do these things, but few do all of them.
Eufony is free to try, but the trial version rips and converts only the first minute of each track. The program installs a desktop icon without asking but uninstalls cleanly. We recommend this program for all users.

"Worthless."
Version: Toolsoft Audio Converter 1.72
Pros
Nothing redeeming.
Cons
It says you only get 60sec per file as a trial. I have no idea what that means. It must mean it refuses to convert your files because it ran and then my output files were the same as my input files. THANKS FOR NOTHING!
Summary
WASTED TIME.
