From Off Center Software :Your goal is to create a system of Toobz (pipes) beginning at a randomly-placed starting point. Your Toobz network must allow water to flow without any spilling. As you advance through levels, you will have less and less time to place the pieces before the water starts automatically. At anytime you can start the water immediately allowing you to quickly advance to the next level and earn extra points. Version 1.1 added a new game mode, difficulty setting and includes bug fixes.
Note: The "Download Now" link directs you to the iTunes App Store, where you must continue the download process. You must have iTunes installed in order to open the link, and you must have an active iTunes account to download the application. This download may not be available in some countries."

Pros: For those of us that used to play this game a long time ago- it is a very entertaining game to add to your iPhone library. It is only a buck.
Cons: nothing really...
Summary: I like playing an old classic, on a new device. The graphics are nice, and with different game play options, it worth the 99 cents for sure.
