Publisher's description of Tomb Raider II Gold demo - level 1
In Tomb Raider II Gold: The Golden Mask (Level 1: The Cold Cold War), Lara Croft is searching for the Golden Mask of Tornarsuk, an ancient tribal artifact connected to a mysterious island in Alaska's Aleutian Straits. Lara's only lead is a blueprint of an abandoned Russian military base, built during World War II. The adventure begins when Lara lands on the island, determined to ferret out this fabled relic, which is believed to hold the power of reanimation. Traveling through water and mines in a snowy climate, you can enjoy Lara's toys, such as her harpoon gun, flares, and arrangement of firearms--but don't let them distract you from the hungry, and large, wild animals that are waiting to greet you (or rather, eat you). In addition to the snow leopards, bald eagles, and sharks, Lara must contend with an opposing human contingent; in this case, a mercenary treasure-hunting group known as A.V.A.L.A.N.C.H.E., with whom Lara's relationship culminates in a snowmobile battle.
The Cold Cold War is a standalone demo featuring the first of four new levels that make up The Golden Mask scenario. Though this demo does not require the original Tomb Raider II CD in order to play (the rest of The Golden Mask levels will require it when they are made available at a later date), if you do currently own the Tomb Raider II CD, you can place it in your CD-ROM drive while playing this demo and hear the proper CD audio tracks. Also, for maximum gaming quality, you should play Tomb Raider II Gold on a Direct3D-compliant accelerator card if possible.

"Only if you have a joystick."
Summary: There's no mouse compatability and using the keyboard in this game is awkward as heck - too bad because it looks sharp.
