The result is called selective coloring or color popping, Tintii does the boring bits for you while putting the creative tools at your fingertips to perfect the effect. The workflow begins with Tintii's smart color detection engine automatically picking out the prominent colors of your photo, so that you needn't struggle over color wheels or tedious selection tools. Then, an easy-to-use interface lets you make precise adjustments to the hue, saturation and lightness of each color. Finally, clever post-processing tools let you fine tune edging, grayscale mixing and nonlinear saturation decay to complete the process. Tintii is available as a standalone application, and as a plugin for Adobe Photoshop and Photoshop Elements.
