"Easy to use, ample features, small or large projects"
Version: TigerCad 3.001
Pros
Tiger CAD is really useful for someone who needs free product but wants a professional-looking tool. It doesn't really take much getting used to but there are ways of working quickly. If you want to layout your house, garden, and model, or some geometrical structure and take unusual measurements, TC will do it.
Cons
No cons. OK, its not a £10k or £100k CAD package but hey, it draws if you can draw.
Summary
A brilliant light CAD package. But don't let your wife use it. She'll draw the new kitchen layout she's pestered you for and show you that all her ideas for a beautiful new kitchen are easily feasible...

"too clumsy"
Version: TigerCad 3.001
Pros
The only 'pro' is that it is free
Cons
It is very clumsy to use, not intuitive, and most of all, a waste of time to download, install, & use.
Summary
I use CAD every day for work. I figured that I would download this on my home computer to give it a try. I can't even recommend this for the casual user who wants to make a technical drawing, or even any kind of basic drawing.

"fairly usefull, some drawing features clumsy."
Version: TigerCad 3.001
Pros
Small footprint. quick to load and run, good features for 2d mechanical drawings with coordinate drawing, easy to reset the zero coordinate.
Cons
can't seem to draw freehand curves or complex curves. the fills choices are lousy, cant import images for tracing or special fills.
Summary
It is a poor 4th cousin to macdraft. little more than MsPaint with coordinates and circles.
fills are lousy, and you cant edit control points to make complex curves.
