"Difficult to use, and not intuitive."

I could not get it to work, or adequately open older PDS files.
Cons
The file format is proprietary in nature unless you export it to PDF or JPeg file formats. It was not intuitive to me on how to get it to open and print in earlier Print Shop file formats. (PDS)
I believe I can do what it does with other software that is more intuitive and natively saves files in more universal formats.Summary
I can't recommend it to anyone.

"Where is the serial number????????"

Nothing, I couldn't try it out

When I open the "free trial" program it asks me to activate it by means of a serial number. There are no options to start the 3 free tryouts. I wouldn't spend even $1 for something I know nothing about. And btw, I am not lying about this.
Summary
I would appreciate anyone letting me know how to use the 3 free trial runs in view of the fact that it is asking me for a serial number.

"I've been using it since the Commodore era"

It was great when it started. Now there is the Prinshop Publisher 22 and 23. Does everything you need to run a business or just for fun. You can import or export graphics. Fix photos. Even 3D projects and crafts....but
Cons
They have added much to it but the program snaps in the middle of a project or changing fonts and font sizes so that, if you don't constantly save changes you'll lose the project you've spent so much time to make.

You'd think for $89.00 you'd be able to get support. It would be a terrific program if worked as it's supposed to.
Broderbund make it right or give it up.
