Publisher's Description
From Bethesda Softworks:
Redguard is a swashbuckling action adventure set in the award-winning world of The Elder Scrolls. Speak with the citizens, cross swords with Imperial guards and back-country ruffians, scramble over hill and dale, and treat yourself to the sights and sounds of the island of Stros M'kai. This is a stripped-down demonstration version of the game, with limited functionality, in which you can get a feel for the cool gameplay and graphics; the full version has many features and locations unavailable in the demo version.

"The start of it all"
Version: The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard demo
Pros
If you can keep your perspective as to when the game first came out and try not to compare against the developer's sequels ie) Daggerfall, Morrowind and soon to be released Oblivion in terms of visual eye candy, you can see that this game opened the doors to a new breed of gaming. you can't find this game in any cheap bin for good reason and it's about 10 yrs old.

"Excellent RPG"
Version: The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard demo
Summary
Redguard has exciting and delightfully complicated combat to compliment it's intriguing storyline. The control is somewhat sticky, and the voice-acting is embarrassingly bad at some points, but a good game overall, and worth any RPG fan's time.
