This well-designed and comprehensive application helps you maintain your family's personal health records, though it'll cost you some disk space. The Body Journal's aesthetically pleasing interface is divided into categories including Conditions, Medications, and Monitoring. Especially nice are the user-friendly guides for entering information and the inclusion of a demo mode with sample data. You can easily record family history, doctor's visits, medications, lab tests, and treatments. The Body Journal also tracks diet and exercise, features not found in other similar programs. It can even track your vices, from cigarettes to alcohol, and any resulting conditions or injuries. A number of reports are offered, including one that can be printed for an emergency visit. You can upload images and X-rays. No password-protection is offered, but you can add as many users as you like. If you can spare the resources, this is a great health management tool, especially for tracking multiple users.
