It supports the following functions: necessary income, seller's net, owner carry back, fixed-rate loan comparison, ARM comparison, and fixed-rate loan vs. ARM. It acts as both a standard calculator and a financial calculator. You can perform four monthly-payment comparisons, and it supports loan amortization (bottom line, loan amortization), spreadsheets, cap rate/gross rent multiplier, rent vs. buy, car-loan analyzer, and lender database.
