Version: T-Quoter Shop Management Software 2.18.208
Pros: i'd like to see them give me my money back
Cons: been on it for a year while they floundered around trying to make ti function, Since their programmer turn over, it has gotten WORSE... the app changes historical orders for customer billing info, order totals and sales tax... it assigns orders to customers that are not connected with those orders... it changes shipping info for orders in the system, causing time dated orders to ship to incorrect addresses, or loses those addresses completely... orders that are scheduled and then moved to another day are lost from the system... and other
problems that have been reported to you and your staff with no resolution in sight...
