• Terrible product and customer service!

  NONE absolutely - the products is low quality, unhelpful and the customer service is even worse.

  I purchased this product to help me recover some data from my iphone. It did not work at all. Since they claim they offer 100% money back guarantee, I reached out to the company immediately. No response. I reached out 4 times in total, with no response. I can only conclude that this company is a scam. I wish I had read reviews from others on this before purchasing. Now I am out of $43 that I will never recover.

  Stay away please - there is no customer service and no money back guarantee. In addition, the product does not work properly.
