• Restrictive licenses, key features removed after v2.4

  After version 2.4 they removed (without warning or notice) so called optional database fields that have been there since the beginning. Further, you are forced to upgrade past v2.4. For us this makes the product of little value. We also, purchased the Mass Product Changer addon that no longer functions. While they do seem to care their tech support is ineffective. Another issue is that they are located in the Ukraine. Many times their English is poor and they do not understand the issues without many many emails. For this issue I have emailed them over 15 times over a period of 1 year. Nothing, but so sorry we don't support that anymore. Another issue is when their licensing server goes down you are immediately kicked out off the program that you purchased. Further, they have disabled every prior version below 2.4 so you are forced to upgrade.

  Clearly, we do not recommend this company for the following reasons. 1. Restrictive licenses 2. Poor database support for any custom fields 3. Ineffective tech support

  Pros

  It's an amazing helper for a store owner. There's hardly anything Store Manager can't do - your Zen Cart store is in good hands with such a great tool. Very convenient interface, large functionality, no discrepancies... there's not enough space for me to continue...

  Try out Store Manage for Zen Cart if you can to simplify your daily operations. Plus, you have a chance to spend the time that is left more productively... Having and online business seems pretty amazing with this great program.
