This program may be the ultimate version of the reminder note. StickyNote's 3D notes look like real bits of paper stuck to your screen. You can choose various colors and textures. The program doesn't limit itself to faithful reproduction of paper notes, though. You can attach Web links and files to your notes and send them via e-mail. To prevent desktop clutter, the program can dock notes to the side of the screen, roll them up, or hide them. What's more, you can link a note to a particular window, making it appear only when that window opens. The Manager function keeps track of hundreds of notes. The program also comes with reminder functionality. You can set expiration dates to automatically trash old notes. To protect your notes from prying eyes, you can lock them with a password. Summary: This is by far the best sticky note program I've used, both Mac and Windows. However, I wish you could type directly on to the note, instead of in another window.

Summary: Excellent features. Realistic looking notes. Able to attach documents. Notes pop up instantly on a friend's/co-worker's desktop, so it's kind of like the convenience of e-mail with the immediacy of Instant Messenger.
