Stereogram magician is a powerful yet easy-to-use tool for creating stereogram. It allows you to create Random Dot Stereogram (RDS) and Single Image Texture Stereogram (SITS).
Version 3.30 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

It can make professional quality 'Magic Eye' pictures.It has been much improved in new version.

Not enough templates.

Cons
The image must be a bitmap, and its kinda small (565x430).
