From Activision Value :This is the build 534 patch for Star Trek: Starfleet Command III. This version includes several gameplay tweaks and bug fixes and adds an option to play the game without the CD in the drive. Installing this patch will delete saved files from previous versions of the game.

Cons: A DOS box opens then closes. Does nothing else.
