Control Sony Bravia TVs and other Sony devices connected to your network.

Sony virtual remote control is a total replacement for Sony Remote Keyboard, but it runs on Win XP too, and implements all the functions that a normal remote control supports. Moreover the missing Jump(previous channel) button on new Sony Remote controllers is also implemented. The program is tested on Sony 2011 Bravia TV line, but perhaps supports other Sony devices that implement IRCC over UPnP (wired or wireless connection and proper network setup required). The IRCC commands are fully configurable, and with the help of the program (right click context menu) you can query your device for supported commands. You can use the program with your mouse, but most of the commands are available on your keyboard too. (default layout is almost the same as Sony's remote keyboard).

For Sony Blue-Ray player owners (e.g. S580,S780): First you have to start registration mode on your player before starting the Sony Virtual Remote Control program for successful registration.
