Nice user interface, but too bad it doesn't work.

The other commenter said it doesn't work with Windows 7. Well guess what, it doesn't work with Windows XP either because this is what I had when trying to get this program to work.
It constantly crashes, slows down my computer, and while it's running you can't surf the internet and webpages won't open. I thought I would be able to use this to update my Xperia Pro but it kept stalling and lagging. It recognized my phone but that's about it. After that I kept getting error messages. While it was running in the background my computer operated at snail speed and the program wasn't able to close. I had to restart my pc several times. After the 8th time and frustration building I tried Sony updater and it worked flawlessly. My phone's software was updated in less than 15 min. I was upset knowing that I wasted so much time with the first program.
I later uninstalled Sony PC Suite. It was one of the worst programs I "tried" to use. -
