SoftCollection Video Motion Detection Library For .NET is absolutely general and hardware-independent class library for .NET that accepts frames, one by one, just as bitmaps, and can detect moving objects on these frames and enumerate them. For every moving object you can get average point of the object, minimal rectangle that contains all the object's points and density of the object. Version 1.7 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
