  Pros

  I could follow along in Excel while viewing the tutorial. I hate having to watch a video, and then try it later. With this, I could quickly search the topics and just focus on that particular one when I needed it.

  Cons

  As the previous reviewer stated, it took a while to figure out that the first video was an intro. Would have liked to have had more topics.

  Summary

  I constantly evaulate training products for my employer and this is the first one that works the way that I think. I love the fact that I can follow along with the examples and search for a specific topic. I downloaded it and then used it for a while. Then, after about a week, I had to use a technique described. Rather than having to rewind and search frantically through a long video, I could just type in a search term and found the information I needed. I could see this learning technique being used with many other software packages. Since budgets for training have been cut, I could foresee this being used in place of in-person training or as a refresher for a course that had been taken. Would definitely cut down on the number of Help Desk calls. I would also like to see more products from this company. The style of the commentary is not as rambling as some others that I've tried and since I rarely have a lot of time for training, that helps. All-in-all, a great product and hope to see more!

  Pros

  Tried it with Office 2010 beta and it seemed to work fine. I've been using excel for 12 years or so now and even I learned some new tricks. I really like the learning method and the ability to follow along.

  Cons

  took me a few minutes to realize that the first video was an intro on how to use the training product. Talked a little fast at times, had to rewind a few times. Would have given this 4.5 stars but it's not an option so I rounded up and gave you 5.

  Summary

  I've tried hundreds of tutorial products and so far this is my favorite. I even downloaded your other products to try. It would be nice to see full titles on office and other products that I use or would like to use. The quick search feature is also really cool, you jump to the point and tell me what to do.
