Updated fully in 2008-9, the software interviews you before creating a customized version of the book, in HTML file format and also creates a business startup checklist.

Version 2009.Q2 2as updated completely for the Economic Stimulus Act of 2008, American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, and all other major recent federal tax and business law changes. All 51 state and D.C. editions are also updated fully for state taxes and other state business law changes every 12 months, on a rotating basis (4 or 5 states completely revised each month).

What's new in this version:

Version 2009.Q2 was updated completely for Economic Stimulus Act of 2008, American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, all other federal and state law changes in last 12 months.
