StyleSpread is a no-compromise CSS editor engineered to make professionals work faster. Track down bugs by selecting an element, and getting a list of the CSS properties that apply directly to that element. Preview the changes to your style sheet without saving files or refreshing browser windows. Store colors & sizes in a single location instead of copying and pasting them throughout the style sheet. Make longer style sheets more manageable by inserting bookmarks at key points in the file.
Version 2.3.7 is a bug fixing release.

Pros: Nice looking interface (web 2.0 style)
Cons: I am not sure who the audience for this app is supposed to be...
A developer will not use it because it doesn't give you the opportunity to see/add code; all you have is a drop down where you can choose values. I am not even sure if you can apply any hacks (i.e. IE boxmodel hack)
A rookie will not use it because you need to have CSS knowledge in order to create your CSS.
I am not sure why anybody should pay a penny for an app that has only a handful features, which you can get somewhere else for free
