Junk like this has NOTHING on Mozilla Firefox which comes with it's own search bar. HOTBAR IS SPYWARE!! STOP USING IT!! This probably is too, don't use it either. Internet Explorer sucks. If you have to have a search bar and HAVE to use IE, use the Google search bar. If you can, stop using IE and use Mozilla Firefox.
SUPER CON: @$$holes that make products like this leave me unfair negative marks becuz they don't like that I'm ruining their ill-gotten business. That would suck REALLY bad if I didn't care.

Summary
I registered Skinner and am disappointed. I have used Hotbar for a year and a half and have become use to some of its convenient options. Such options as, storage of my selected Skins in an easy to access file, random switching of skins at the opening of each new Internet Explorer (IE) Window and the coherency of the Skins display. Using Skinner provides approximately the same results as using IEWallpaper and it is FREE! When downloaded, IEWallpaper will automatically be applied to IEÂ’s Tools options. Bitmaps can then be added to e.g. C:\Programs\Internet Explorer\Bitmaps.
As with Skinner, the displayed images may be incoherently arranged. I solve this problem by opening Toolbars in View of the IE window in which the wallpaper is displayed and click the Fixed option. This means that the Fixed option is either engaged or disengaged, depending on its former setting. -

Summary
You can put pretty scenery at the top of your explorer, plus change the color of text (if need to see it better) and you can change the background color, which also changes the color of your outlook express bars. I love it!

This is a good program. It delivers the goods. It allows you to customize - IF YOU BUY - and if you need to reformat the pc, you'll have to go through a whole lot of pain to reregister the program & get it unlocked. The hotbar program is better but the popups just don't make it worthwhile.
