Simply input your gender, height, weight, age, activity level, and weekly weight loss goal, hit Calculate, and your results are instantly displayed. Results include your ideal weight, the calories needed to maintain your current weight, and your body mass index.
You'll also get an idea of how many calories you'll need to consume or burn to meet your weight goals. The program features a Calorie Activity Calculator to compute the number of calories expended during certain physical activities. Unfortunately, this feature generated an error during testing and forced the program to shut down. The program supports only the U.S. system of measurement.
