This handy little program calculates simple interest when you know the loan amount (principal), the interest rate, and the term of the loan (in years). It uses the stadard formula I=PxRxT. Make sure to enter interest rate as a DECIMAL (i.e. 0.10 for 10%). This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
