Some features are 40 nice skin; small size; message before, on and after with audio-video message support; multi language; task scheduler for message, command, shutdown, hibernate; Hijri-masehi date converter; create prayer schedule in HTML, tsv, csv and others.

Adds Alpha Blend for Drop Zone and Window Scrolling Text and fixes a number of bugs. Version 3.08.2 includes new Hotkey and registry related to sound & CPU usage bug fixed.
