Scribble's is a really lightweight note-taking program for those that want to be able to quickly take notes as they browse the web, read PDFs or whatever it is you need to quickly jot down. You can easily pin Scribble's to the top, meaning that, you can easily read and take notes at the same time, and if Scribbles is in the way, just click the Hide Me button, it turns the notepad transparent but at the same time allows you to continue writing. Scribble's is a standalone, fully portable program, you can copy the Scribble's Notepad EXE onto a USB and then access your notes and settings on any Windows computer with .NET 4 framework. Scribble's Notepad 2.0 offers a brand new interface, with themes, brand new controls and utilities and a note page to organize all your notes.
