Scavenger Hunt

This entertaining game takes you through a goofy world where you have to collect items from a scavenger hunt list and return them to home base. Up to four "children" characters can play against each other, or you can play against the computer, which controls the other three kids. The music is wacky and fun, but unfortunately, the graphics are simplistic. We discovered a few bugs during our testing. In one example, to confound other players you can bump a player with your body. When we did this the program generated white clouds that filled the screen. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the clouds to disappear until we rebooted the game. While we might not be the best scavengers, during one game we still couldn't find an item off our list 25 minutes into the game. Overall, this is an original and creative game that will be great with a few upgrades to its code and graphics.

Scavenger Hunt is a 3D arcade-style game where players race to collect items from a list before their opponents do. Players use gags on each other and go trick-or-treating for a personal power-up or a global power-down. The first player to collect all of the items wins the scavenger hunt.
