A single player mode that's more than just deathmatch against bots. Cool map editing features. An unbeatable price.

This could just be me, but the game controls don't feel as nice as in Open Arena or Nexiuz.
Summary
This game is definitely worth the download for its cool map editing capabilities and really worthwhile single-player campaign mode. All in all, its a super cool game for free.

Prolly the best FPS in Quake-like fashion out there. Has all you could ask for - and for free, no ads and open source, meaning there seems to be constant development and new content.

actually not much. the music is not my stle, but you can turn it off easily :-)
Summary
Tested it now for a couple of weeks and have to say it is addictive and a LOT of fun. I Love Quake and the like and this is just very similar, but free, multiplatform, etc. Its really hard to believe this game is not made by a commercial company.
if you give it a try, (what you reallly should) check ot two things: go on a server where they play "regen capture". you spwn just with a pistol and have stand close to beses to get ammo and shield. Defending the bases is really FUN.
it works as usual: WASD for movemant, mouse for aiming/shooting, T for entering text & commands.
I also like the editor a lot. its very intuitive. just check it out. whats most important to know is you need the scrollwheel for many things. the details are on the homepage.
It also has:
- singleplayer,
- multiplayer,
- pretty darn good graphics, runs on slower machines (like mine) too
- great other game modes, like ctf, instagib, etc
- Prolly a hundred maps
...
overall really a very good FPS. wish all games were as professional and fun.
