  Pros

  Easy to set up, multiple accounts (mailboxes)and superb spam handling make this the best email program I've tried so far (and I've tried and used loads). Great price, and responsive, friendly and useful technical support. It doesn't have all the frills that some other programs I've tried have got, but everything you need is there on the screen, and most of the spam handling is done online in the background by the programmer, so you don't need to worry about it. It has cut down my horrible porn spam by 99.9% at a stroke, which I would call BRILLIANT!

  Would like to be able to see all my different accounts in one mailbox, but, hey, that's a small price to pay for the rest of the features.

  Summary

  If your software is as good as you would like us to believe, why isn't there your phone number or your address or your country anywhere in your Web site. Why is your About link leading to a dead link? This could be fixed easily but is broken for months. Don't you think it would be easier to sell a product if there is a person or company behind it?
