Pros
This is a very clever system. The biggest PRO I see right now is that I don't need to buy digital signatures by the bushel to secure my client connections. I love being able to hold a truly private conversation through a text messaging system without being showered with shopping advertisements!!!
Cons
While clever the system requires a learning curve, but that is to be expected.

Pros
Open Source, support, able to modify use as needed. Works with http or https (ssl), 100% database. 100% web based.
Cons
Server type application, are in nature difficult to install, the root password, is password and user name is root. You have to create users using create user process, other than admin tool provided.
