  An alternative to Chromium & Firefox, perhaps has enhanced privacy, imports bookmarks.

  None found yet with limited use.

  Summary

  A welcome browser addition for Linux, I hope SRWare will keep it up.

  Pros

  At least it is an attempt to supply a more secure browser for Linux. I hope they will be successful in the near future.

  Cons

  Needs to be re-written as a complete package with dependencies for current popular versions of Linux, and then tested before release.

  Summary

  The install process appeared to complete in current 32-bit Ubuntu 12.04 and Linux Mint Maya Cinnamon, with the Iron browser icon appearing in the menus, but when clicked it would not start at all. Re-downloading and installing again with dpkg, Gdebi, and package managers had the same result. There are complaints about this in the forums (topic - Browser Start Problem, and other places) dating back a few months, but so far there does not seem to be any response from the engineers. Some users say they got it to work, but apparently that was for older versions and/or different flavors of Linux. This is also the case with an installation tutorial on You Tube. I hope they get it fixed soon; the Windows version works OK in Windows, but does not work under WINE in Linux.
