CNET Editors' review
Like many free toolbars on the scene, this one seems primarily intended to promote the developer's services. SEO ToolBar gives you quick access to the most-popular search engines, including Google, Yahoo, and MSN. The program's only other function is quite unique but probably won't be useful to everyday users.
Basically, the toolbar shows you how many pages a particular search engine has indexed for a certain Web site when you enter its URL into your browser. Unfortunately, this toolbar's poor design hinders this feature, as the only results visible are from Google and Dmoz; we assume the rest of the supported search engines are obscured behind the Get Data button.
This free application can provide a Web master with some benefit in its current form, but if it gets a design makeover, it will be an even handier tool.

"Hard to figure out add on"
Version: SEO Toolbar 2
Pros
Simple and doesn't confuse with too many features. With some SEO tools I feel I need a degree to handle. This one is much more simplistic.
Cons
Some features don't work and it was hard find proper instructions to make them work.
Summary
Can't give a conclusive answer on whether you should or shouldn't download this. If I had a bit more patience to deal with it, it's possible I could have made the app work fully.

"50% functional"
Version: SEO Toolbar 2
Pros
Nice idea but...
Cons
The toolbar doesn't perform as advertised. It said my site was no where in the top 40 positions, when in fact it is #1. Other functions that didn't work were: load times, keyword density and ping. The most important functions that did work are already freely available from the search engines themselves.
