  Been using for several years and love it. I really like how my previous tickets Questions) are available on one screen. I'd forgotten how to 'force' the save of a new log-in and I knew I'd asked about that before (2016) -- and the response was on the list and so immediately available for me to review rather than having to search the website or dig through my files of special notes! Very, very convenient and I really appreciate it!

  Pros

  I had a problem with RoboForm & Edge integration so I emailed RoboForm support & they got back to me with solution within 5 minutes, on a Saturday as well! I have used RoboForm for about 15 years & it is definitely the best on the market.

  I love RoboForm. Never having to remember passwords is a blessing. I also love the fact that all passwords can be exported to Flash Drive in the event of accidentally deleting a passcode or to transfer all passcodes to another computer. I highly recommend RoboForm. In summary, if anyone is thinking of purchasing a password manager, RoboForm is the one I recommend,

  Pros

  Just garbage. Look elsewhere for easy to use password software.

  Cons

  It gets worse with every update. There used to be a favorite column that now gone. Also with every new update(which happens once a month), you need to complete uninstall and reinstall this garbage, it doesn't do it automatically.

  Pros

  feature rich. recognizes sites and enters pw and login automatically or with one click notes available in password editor GREAT customer support. I researched some of the competition and even though they have good marks for interface and style and features, they all got abysmal marks for customer service. Roboform has excellent customer service. I've always had any problems solved fairly quickly, even when all I needed was a preference change. Responses are clear and precise. The support system lets me look at my tickets forever just in case I need to revisit an issue.

  Cons

  I am using version 7 now. I am soooo sad that version 8 doesn't allow profiles (i use 2 profiles). I have to pay for some additional options if I want profiles in version 8. (i don't exactly understand how this would work.) I don't like it when software gets a big upgrade and important features get removed. That's not progress. So i have to stay with the older version.

  Summary

  The best one out there. if you don't need more than one profile, you can't find anything better. especially customer support.

  Summary

  Give Roboform 8.3 a miss - not worth the hassle even if free, and definitely no longer worth paying for.

• The Best PW Saver I've Ever Used

  Pros

  Unlimited password saving along with Identities, Safe Notes, Contacts, and Bookmarks! I have had very few glitches in the past 10 years of owning this program and customer service is always quick with fixes and easy to follow. Their security is top notch. It works with most of the web browsers too, whereas the other brands I've used only worked with one or two of the top named web browsers. I couldn't be happier with this service, and now with the safe sharing capabilities, I'm overwhelmed with how conscious they are of the customers needs. This was the very thing I'd been thinking about over the last couple of years as I'm retiring. I needed to be certain that my family or a close friend could get access to my passwords if something ever happened to me. Without this access my husband would be lost trying to check on accounts for me. GREAT JOB RoboForm!!

  Cons

  I have to manually enter my PW's when there is a browser update that does not yet allow this add on. It usually corrects the link a couple of weeks later, but I've gotten spoiled at only needing a couple of clicks to enter my accounts. Also, most browsers now offer this service within the settings. They do not offer as much, and I don't trust their security like I do RoboForm. RoboForm has proven itself trustworthy time and time again.

  Summary

  RoboForm offers great incentives to purchase their products, or you can continue to use their Free version. It's just a well managed and well maintained software that has proven itself invaluable to my Internet world.

  Pros

  Fast, Unobtrusive, Unlike some Pie In The Sky hyped programs, this one actually does what it says and then some.

  Cons

  Their support consists, only, of having to login to a "fill in your issue/complaint" screen and then wait for a response. No live help. to wit: -- Their tech support , is not exactly to my liking.. but they do get back to you, but because you post something and have to wait for them to receive it, understand it from their point of view, then post back to you... the issue isn't always resolved "the first time around."

  Summary

  It's fast, reliable and indispensable to me. Their tech support (see in cons) can be cumbersome and not timely. However... the program pretty much makes up for their TS and it does what it purports to do and it does it quite well.

• Great security software

  Pros

  I am a long time user of Roboform, and will continue to use it. When I have a problem with the program , I can always rely on the Roboform team to straighten it out for me. They take charge of my problem and straighten it out. It allows me to use large complex passwords and have the password remembered , and ready to use the next time I want to log into that site. I can also have Roboform make a password for me. Roboform will remember form information , so the next time I have that form to fill in, its a simple matter.
