Retail Boss POS is complete point of sale retail software. It is a POS system that can provide invoicing, inventory control, full accounting, and sales and inventory tracking. Estimates and work orders are stored for future use so they can be retrieved and reviewed. The estimates and work orders can either be printed as an invoice or updated. Inventory and service pricing is automatically calculated as well as the final total of the invoice. This saves time from having to manually calculate the invoice and prevents calculation errors.

Called tech support after I had a major problem, they were very unhelpful. The gentleman who answered the phone sounded upset that I was calling, and didn't provide an solution to our problem.

It is simple and straight forward. I have a small home based business and this was what I have been looking for.

When I save an invoice it automatically goes to print. In my situation I don't need that. It may have a way to eliminate this, but I haven't found it yet. <p>It is still a wonderful program.
