This program does exactly what its name suggests. After you launch Resize Your Picture, you pick a folder from which to draw images. When you point at a picture, the program shows a preview along with the current width and height information. After selecting the images to resize, you specify the destination folder, width, height, rotation, and quality. The resizing itself zips along. Apart from simple resizing, you can resize and then send images through e-mail. Moreover, you can change the format of the final image to and from JPEG, BMP, PNG, TIFF, and GIF. The only problem is that you cannot delete images through the program, only copy, move, resize, and e-mail them. Still, this is not a serious problem. If you need to resize a lot of images, Resize Your Picture fits the bill.Publisher's description
From kingbred :This utility processes pictures (especially those from digital cameras) rapidly in a batch and includes the ability to resize, rotate, change the dpi, and change the graphic format. It supports JPEG, BMP, GIF, ICON, PNG, PCX, and TIFF files. You also can achieve this functionality in the Windows resource explorer context menu after you select the files in the main program interface.
