Downloaded tick data files. They need unzipping. I am a trader and not a PC buff so couldn't figure this out (Tech support was good though, e-mail replies came
within few minutes)

Little too elaborate for my purpose but still user friendly.

Good UI, easy to figure out, lots of tick data to play with and technical studies, FF/REW features handy, possible to run at different speeds, tick data exportable (initially I bought the SW just for the free tick data)

There are some but I would like to see more FAQs posted on the site.

I don't like the implementation. It is obviously designed by people who don't trade, so the interface is annoying, lacks useful options, and still needs debugging. I've already uninstalled it.
You can get better professional RT simulation software for free!

Found useful for practicing day trading in my spare time. Price not bad, no monthly fee. Didn't take long to figure out. free data. Trial didn't expire as it says for some reason.
Cons
Tick datafiles are posted as 1-yr zips. Had to download 5 files to get 5 yrs of tick data. Not a big problem but was a bit of a drag since I needed to download quite a few of them.
