• Great product, amazing customer support

  Pros

  Ive had RR for over a year and its been great. The upgrade last summer was awesome to be able to use proxies at the same time to process keywords faster. Its very accurate and doesnt come with monthly fees. I was having a problem on my computer with old campaigns not running properly and Dan from RR remote accessed my computer and fixed the problem. It wasnt pulling teeth to get him to help. Got my problem fixed very fast.

  Cons

  Kinda slow gathering keywords, but if you use proxies its fast enough. Especially without monthly or per KW fees.

  Summary

  I am a happy RR customer and also have backlink monitor which works really well for me. After trying to trouble shoot my problem myself and not getting anywhere, then contacting support and them helping me immediate, i had to leave them some positive feedback. I really am impressed with the service, it was a one time fee and they dont leave their customers hanging. Thanks guys for being awesome!
