A number of racing games are available for Android devices, making finding a good choice difficult. Raging Thunder 2 Lite's well-designed graphics and fun gameplay make it a good option for casual gamers.
The Lite version is available for free with advertising, but this can be removed by upgrading to the full version for $1.99. Installation through the Google Play store completed quickly, which was a surprise for the size of the game. Once the program started, no additional downloads were necessary. The main interface of Raging Thunder 2 Lite was well designed and easy to interpret, which was good since there were no user instructions or tutorials readily available. The game did support updates. Users can select from several game options including single races, career mode, and arcade-style play. Once started, the game loads quickly and the graphics are well designed. Your racing car speeds down the track. Tilting the device turns the car as needed; this action had a good response and sensitivity. Controls, including those for acceleration and turning, can be changed to a few options from the main menu. During play, there were a few instances where the game froze for a fraction of a second. It then corrected itself and continued without problems.
For casual gamers looking for a fun racing game, Raging Thunder 2 Lite performs well and would be a good option.
