Prior to downloading QuoteBrite, I had been doing all my estimating manually and away from the client. Now, I can create a project quote on the fly while meeting with a new client. They get the quote emailed to them (saving trees), and I am notified when they view and approve the quote. This is the only app like this I've tried, but it matches my workflow perfectly.

Pros
This was fairly easy to setup, although I didn't import any products into the database at first. I pretty much just made quotes without using the product database feature and still found it pretty slick. I thought it was also VERY cool that I could know when customers would visit my quote pages.
To me, the kicker was the 'widget'. This was where the lightbulb came on for me. I put some products in the database and I added the widget on my main website so visitors could calculate a quick hip-shot estimate and the response was really good. I haven't had this on my site long, but its already made an impact for me.Cons
The biggest downside to me seemed to be the lack of a way to sort and search the quotes that I created. I do a lot of quoting, so I expect this to get cumbersome if it doesn't get solved soon. Otherwise, not much I can think to complain about.
Summary
Very good tool overall. Would easily recommend this to others. Wish it had a search function.

Pros
Sending sales estimates and getting them approved by customers was very fast and easy. Less delay than with phone calls. Like that the lead forms can create a quote automatically from a request on my website. Good for writing estimates in the field. Price is good for a small company.
Cons
iPhone quote sync is slow when syncing a lot of estimates. Web version has more features.
Summary
Would suggest the iPhone version for small company who needs to make mobile estimates.
