"Very useful and informative property tool"
Pros: Its quick and easy to find out your properties value, whats more you just have to specify your postcode, house size and its value and your off
Cons: Its a bit slow sometimes, most of the time its quick but sometimes you can expect to wait up to 1 minute for the results
