Publisher's description
From http://www.drowningturtle.com :Project S.T.A.C.I. is an ongoing attempt at cognitive artificial intelligence. Some have argued that intelligence is nothing more than a series of interconnected thoughts and experiences. While some look at any attempt to create an artificial intelligence as nothing more than a robotic response mechanism coupled with an in depth database to mimic intelligence. This can be an effective argument. S.T.A.C.I., however, goes beyond this and attempts to interpret every word as well as the context with which it is used.
S.T.A.C.I. also has a built in learning mechanism, which, by default, will ask the user to enter a new answer to a question that she has never been asked before. She also has a toggle switch that will enable users to add additional responses to questions that she has already been asked. While this attempt may fail as several others have in the past. I do ask the public at large to interact with S.T.A.C.I. and help her information base grow. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
