From Lamer Productions :Pro Typist is an easy-to-use utility designed to help improve the users' typing speed. You are presented with various exercises, which are each a series of keys, which you have to type in the correct order, as quickly as you can. You can choose to do Random Key exercises, where the series of keys is made up at random by the computer, and includes the types of characters that you have allowed by ticking/unticking the boxes at the top of the window (see screenshot, above); or you can do the Preset Exercises which are set series of keys, saved in a file in the Pro Typist folder, which you can modify to create your own exercises if you wish.

Version: Pro Typist v1.01
Pros: brilliant!. Very easy to use, and thats saying alot, ive got Arthritis!.
Cons: None that i can see yet.

Version: Pro Typist v1.01
"An easy way to improve your typing speed"
Pros: Simple to use. Do the preset exercises a few times first and then start doing the random ones. Definitely makes you type faster.
