Version: PostCast Server Free Edition 2.6.0
"Seems like a mighty program..."
Pros: It sure is a good mail server, once you have configured it. It has a lot of features and looks pretty professional.
Cons: I miss the user management, which I already have seen in a freeware mail server. For some reason, I cannot choose Start/Stop/Pause anymore. Summary: Too complicated for private use.

Version: PostCast Server Free Edition 2.6.0
Pros: When I downloaded this software, I thought it was going to be a out going mail server, but it doesnt act like it all the way...It is also never going to get off your computer...I tried to uninstall this program, but didnt.
Cons: Program is badly coded, missing files.

"Don't be fooled. It works! I'm happy!"
Pros: The server software is fast. The Tools MENU allows you to setup according to your will.
Cons: I've just started. I'll see latter.

Version: PostCast Server Free Edition 2.6.0
Pros: what pros?
Cons: This is truly my worst experience with a program ever, I downloaded, installed and testrunned it ok. But it could only send about 20 % of all messages, due to servers around the world wont accept directemail from pc. For that reason I wanted to uninstall it, but it wouldent, went checking website support and plenty of others could not unistall this crap either. After some hours work I menaged to get rid if it (after following tips on suport site). But then, on top of it all, all my maps became weird when opening them, postacast messed up my whole operatingsystem. All so true and so dissapointing. From the hope of functionality to the bihhest disaster I ever could imagine wasa posible. You are warned!

Version: PostCast Server Free Edition 2.6.0
Pros: Good Installation, works well.
Ive been sending email for years from a different domain to the one in my email address and Ive never had the problems shown in other reviews here.
When yahoo started getting funny about accepting my email with a different (non-yahoo) 'from' address I got this product. Means yahoo can't infect my email anymore with their banaal adverts, but I can still pop thru Yahoo.
Works like a dream!
I found myself listed on the CBL (as a possible spam leak - to be expected), but a bit of tweaking with ports and my firewall and that went away too. One nag popup to register, but you can also unsubscribe from the resulting 'product' info emails (as the popup also makes clear)
very Good, First Class (and Freeeeeeee)
Cons: Bit Big
