Publisher's description
From PictureAgent.com :PictureAgent is an NNTP client designed to search specified newsgroups for posts that meet your criteria. It will then download and decode findings into a specified directory. PictureAgent is perfect for newcomers to Usenet, since it requires only a hostname and download directory to set up. This release offers separate download directories for each newsgroup, maintains a history list to reduce duplicate files, offers thumbnail and full-size images of the last picture downloaded, features authentication capabilities for hosts that require usernames and passwords, and more. This trial will only download a limited number of pictures before registration is required.

Version: PictureAgent 3.5
"Don't download unless you're going to pay"
Summary: Great little program, however, don't download it unless you plan on paying for it. The demo doesn't let you save compressed compies.
-
Version: PictureAgent 3.5
Summary: This program is getting old. Newer progams like PCast are easier to use.
-
Version: PictureAgent 3.5
Summary: If you're running Windows 2000, don't install this software.
-
Version: PictureAgent 3.5
"great utility for downloading jpg's"
-
Version: PictureAgent 3.5
"Perfect 'set and leave' downloader."
Summary: I have used it since Sept 2000. I've needed to re-establish it onto two different hard drives during that time and they've come across with the method and password pretty quickly. Highly recommended
